What Voxlytics stores, why, and how to have it removed.

Last updated 2 October 2026

What we store

  • Your Discord user ID, and the Minecraft account you link to it.
  • When your account was created and linked, and your chosen time zone.
  • How many times you used each bot command.
  • For servers that set up the bot: the server ID, the channels picked for posts, and tracker settings.
  • Public Voxyl statistics of tracked players and guilds (levels, wins, guild XP, joins and leaves), kept over time to show history.

What we don't store

We don't store Discord or Minecraft usernames, ranks, or guild names; they are looked up when needed. We never receive your Discord password, email address, or messages. Signing in only asks Discord for your basic profile.

Cookies

Signing in sets one encrypted cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and a short-lived cookie that protects the sign-in itself. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Services we use

Discord (sign-in and the bot), Mojang (player names), the Voxyl API (statistics), and NMSR (skin images). We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Errors and logs

When a command fails, the bot's operators see which command was used, by which Discord account, and in which server, so they can fix the problem.

Keeping and removing data

Account data is kept until you ask us to remove it. Signing out ends all your website sessions. To remove your data or get a copy, ask in our support server.
